Linda Louise Stratton, 62, of Nome died Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at Beaumont Nursing and Rehabilitation.
A native of Kountze and has been a resident of Nome for thirty-two years. She was a homemaker and a volunteer in the nursery at First Baptist Church of Nome.
Linda is survived by her two sons, Dean Stratton of Hamshire and Alan Stratton and his wife Misty of Nome; sister, Sharon Pope of Nederland; mother, Doris Vincent of Liberty; and four grandsons, Cody Stratton, Justin Stratton, Trevor Stratton, and Chase Stratton.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, October, 5, 2007 at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont with burial to follow at China Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 4, 2007 at the mortuary.
