I have fond memories of Aunt Dot and going to visit her in Corsicana with my Grandma Evelyn. Aunt Dot was always such an inspiration, such a strong and sweet person. My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. Please know that you are loved and cherished. Love, Amy Sausen (nee Kilborn). ((Linda Clarkston Beaumonts' oldest daughter))

To Barbara and Kay- Our deepest sympathy at the loss of your Mom. Although I have not seen my Aunt Dot in the past few years, she remained a source of pride and encouragement to me in my daily life. All my close friends and family have heard of my special Aunt Dot who did more than most of us despite her blindness. I love to tell the story of how she cared for your Dad in his last days better than the doctors and nurses could. My other favorite memory of her is hearing her tell of her walks to Church in Corsicana and the way folks would want to pet her dogs which confused the route. I love you all and you will all be in my prayers for the next days and weeks as you deal with your loss. I will call Aunt Judy and make sure she is aware and anyone else that I can think of.
