David Lee Harper, 63 of Beaumont passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at his residence.
Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Sunday, September 9, 2007 at Weeks Chapel Cemetery in Jasper under the direction of Broussard’s Mortuary. A gathering of family and friends will be Friday 5-7 pm at the mortuary.
David was a native of Newton and has lived in Beaumont, Nederland and Port Neches area for many years. He retired after thirty one years from Huntsman, Neches Butane as a pipe fitter.
He is survived by his daughter, Amy Blaha and her husband Chad of Missouri City; son, Byron Harper and his wife Michelle of Midland; five grandchildren, Audrey Blaha, Travis Blaha, Dekota Harper, Rian Harper, Bailey Harper, two brothers, Floyd Harper Jr. of Beaumont, and Harold Harper of Jasper.
