I worked with David at the Whitesboro Police Department. I was a young officer and David taught me things I still use today in my career some 26 years later. He is a great guy. Sorry it took so long to write.

David, You were a truly kind man. To my regret, I did not know you before your accident. But I have never met a stronger man. You were always positive, friendly and cheerful, despite your adversities. I have never heard you speak an unkind word about anyone, even those who did you wrong. I will never forget you and the lessons about true strength and character that you exemplified. You where a friend of your family and will be missed dearly by us. May you rest peacefully for you have been so strong. We love you. The Wilson Family Matias, Sherrie, Megan and Ayla
