Kevin Karl Baxter, 41, of Bevil Oaks, died Thursday, August 30, 2007.
Kevin was born in Houston, Texas and a resident of the Beaumont area for most of his life. Kevin was an avid sports fan, especially of the Houston Oilers during the “Love ya blue” era.
He is survived by his parents, Danny and Peggy Baxter of Sour Lake; grandmother, Irene Day of Nome; brothers, Danny Baxter, Jr. of LaPorte and Brian Baxter of Liberty; aunts, Diane Dreitzler and her husband Ab of Deer Park and Darlene Cruse and her husband Bill of Pasadena; two nieces; and one nephew.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at Broussard’s Chapel, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont, with interment to follow at Rosedale Cemetery in Sour Lake. A gathering of family and friends will begin 12:00 p.m. until service time Tuesday at the mortuary.
