CARMEN MAUREEN WORTHAM HECKAMAN
Carmen Maureen Wortham Heckaman, 83 of Hamshire, died July 11, 2007 in Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital of Orange.
Mrs. Heckaman was born December 22, 1923 in Douglasville, GA. Maureen was a native of Villa Rica, GA., and in 1945 she moved to TX. She married Donald Heckaman in 1965 and has lived in Hamshire ever since.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 14, 2007 in Broussard’s Chapel, 134 W. Buccaneer Dr., in Winnie with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 4955 Pine St., in Beaumont. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
She is survived by her children, Constance June Sauls Jetsel of China, Donna Jeanne Sauls Craigen and her husband, J. W., Phyllis Darlene Caruthers German both of Hamshire, Randy Alan Caruthers of Fannett; grandchildren, Floyd Anthony (Tony) Martel, Terry Lynn Breaux West, Lisa Ann Martel Yellot, Brandon Christian Breaux, James (Jimmy) Earl East, Clint William East, Dana June Jetsel, Darla Jeanne Jetsel, Hal Turner German, Randy Alan Caruthers, II, Jason Ray Caruthers, Amanda Inez Abshire, Jessica Maureen Abshire; great-grandchildren, Christopher Fore, Tracy Fore, Tyler West, Dustin East, Kayla East, Mason East, Preston East, Haley German, Gabriel German, Heavenly Caruthers, Amber Caruthers, Alexis Boyd, Presley Martel, Austin Martel, and Brittney Jetsel. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Leonard Wortham, Sr. and Carmen Inez Gladney, husband, Donald Lamar Heckaman, and sister, Wilma Lorraine Wortham Griffith.
