Floyd Daniel Ford, 59, of Nederland, went to be with the Lord Saturday, June 30, 2007 at his residence in Nederland.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Monday, July 2, 2007 at Broussard’s in Nederland with Rev. Jack Bell officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5 to 8 PM Sunday at the mortuary. Graveside services will be held at the 1st Pentecostal Church Cemetery in Bude, Mississippi, 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 3, 2007 under the direction of Broussard’s.
Floyd was a native of Pascagoula, Mississippi and lived in Nederland for 2 years. He retired as manager for American Rail Car with several years of service. He was a member of Grace and Truth Gospel Tabernacle Church in Beaumont.
Floyd is survived by his wife Dannita Ford of Nederland; three daughters, Angela Barnett and her husband Bruce of Bogue Chitto, Mississippi, Kimberly Ford of Nederland, and Danielle Burk and her husband John of Copperas Cove; one son, Dan Ford and his wife Jennifer of Wesson, Mississippi; one sister, Barbara O’Daniel of Houston; three brothers, George Dunn and his wife Betty of Pervis, Mississippi, Roy Dearman and his wife Sandra of Columbia, Mississippi, and Paul Behenna of Houston; five grandchildren, Danny, Brady, and Kelsie Ford, also Ethan Barnett, and Isabella Burk.
