Sammie Doyle Petree, 38, died Monday, June 26, 2007 at his residence in Silsbee.
A native of Port Lavaca, Texas, Sammie has lived in the Silsbee area for six years. He was a painter.
He is survived by his wife, Amber Watson; daughters, Samantha Petree, Amber Petree, and Chelsea Petree; son, Willie Petree; sisters, Cindy Reames and husband Bob of Ohio, and Sandra Torres and husband Joe of Bolling, Texas; brother, Sidney “Bubba” Petree, Jr. and wife Connie of Silsbee; numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Sammie is preceded in death by his mother, Doris Petree and his grandparents.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.
A graveside service will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, June 30, 2007 at Olivia Community Cemetery in Port Lavaca.
