Councilman Cokinos was an avid supporter of so many but I had the pleasure of seeing his support to Vietnam Veterans Chapter #292. Andy as we fondly called him, never missed an event that the chapter invited him to. He was there early and stayed late enjoying visiting with everyone. When it came to issues on City Council, he voted his heart and conviction. He spoke his mind and you knew where he stood on any subject. I admire a person for that especially one in his position. He was truly a special person and dear friend that will be sorely missed but never forgotten. RIP Andy......Love you.
