Maxine Polson Garrison, 90, of Kountze, died Monday May 24, 2004 at the Kountze Nursing Center. A graveside service will be Tuesday May 25, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont under the direction of Broussard’s 700 W. Saratoga Hwy, Kountze, Texas 77625. A gathering of family and friends will be today from 9:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M at the mortuary.
A native of Alvord, Texas she lived in Kountze for 10 years and was a homemaker.
Maxine is survived by her sons: Mark Farabee and his wife Pauline of Mt. Belvieu, Leo David Garrison of Beaumont; daughter: Margot Matkin and her husband David of Kountze, 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.
