Ruby Frances Wise Caskey, 92, of Saratoga, formerly of Marble Falls, died Sunday May 30, 2004 at Magnolia Place Healthcare Facility in Liberty. Graveside service will be Thursday June 3, 2004 at 10:30 A.M. at Marble Falls City Cemetery in Marble Falls, Texas. A gathering of family and friends will be today from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. and will resume again on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church in Saratoga, under the direction of Broussard’s 700 W. Saratoga Hwy, Kountze, Texas 77625.
A native of Gail, Texas Ruby lived in the area for 6 years and was a retired Bus Driver Aide for Marble Falls Independent School District.
Ruby is preceded in death by her late husband, C.W. “Tom” Caskey, son: Terry Don Johnston; sisters: Claudia Brooks and her husband O.C. Brooks, Pansy D. “Red” Black
She is survived by her daughters: Omynoe Nugent and her husband J.W. of Pipe Creek Texas, Rose Doyal and her husband Charlie of Saratoga; sons: Thomas Brent Caskey and his wife Bonnie of Deer Park, Texas, James Dow “Butch” Caskey and his wife Sandi of Conyers, Georgia; brother: Edmond “Bud” Wise of Burnet, Texas 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 5 great, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
