Willene H. Birchfield, 81, of Beaumont died Saturday, May 5, 2007 at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth.
A native and life long resident of Texas, Willene was a retired LVN from Hotel Dieu and Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth.
She is survived by her sons, Gary Birchfield and his wife Mary Ann of Houston, and Richard Birchfield and his wife Ina of Bali, Indonesia; grandchildren, Christi Birchfield Gaither of Beaumont, Kayla Birchfield and Olivia Birchfield; great grandchildren, Cole Gaither and Cameron Gaither; and numerous nieces and nephews. Willene was preceded in death by her husband, Joel G. Birchfield.
A gathering of family and friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 10, 2007 with at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
