Michael Dewayne Spurlock, 29, of Warren, Texas died Friday, April 27, 2007 at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth. Michael was born December 11, 1977 to Kenneth Lloyd and Mary Dell (Morris) Spurlock in Galveston, Texas. He was a lifelong resident of the Warren area and was employed as an iron worker and a mechanic.
Michael is survived by his wife, Angela (Simpson) Spurlock; children, Austin Michael Spurlock and Milton James Spurlock; mother, Mary Janow; brothers and sisters, John Robert Collins and wife Anitra of Humble, Joette Fountain of Warren, William Spurlock and Charlie Spurlock both of Wooodville; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins who loved him dearly. He will be greatly missed.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, April 30, 2007 at Broussard’s, 530 W. Monroe, Kountze followed by a burial at Village Mills Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be Sunday, April 29, 2007 from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the mortuary.
