Evelyn Green, 89, of Port Arthur, died Monday, April 23, 2007. A native of Santa Ana, California and resident Port Arthur most of her life, Evelyn was the owner of B&E Bar-b-que in Port Acres.
Survivors include her husband, William Green of Port Arthur; son, Tim Green of Port Arthur; daughters, Diane Thompson of San Diego, California and Paulette Wood of Kirbyville; twelve grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 26, 2007 at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont with a graveside service 12:30 p.m. at Fred Community Cemetery in Fred, Texas. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at the mortuary.
