David Wayne Holland, 50, of Beaumont died April 13, 2007 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, he had been a resident of Beaumont since 1962. He was a 1976 graduate of Beaumont Charlton Pollard High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Theology from Southwest Adventist College in Keene, Texas in 1998.
Survivors include his mother, Chaney Holland of Beaumont; sister, Belinda Musgrave of Sugarland; brother, Michael Lee Holland and his wife Linda of Sour Lake; nieces, Natasha Musgrave and Susan Trevino; great nephew, Samuel Palenik; aunts, Betty Horn of Vidor and Sepia Levy of Birmingham, Alabama; and dear friend, Pat Buehrle of Beaumont. He was preceded in death by his father, John D. Holland; and aunt, Georgia Carden.
Memorial service will be 7:00 p.m. Monday, April 16, 2007 at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont. A gathering of family and friends will be Sunday evening, April 15, 2007 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the church.
