Evelyn Louise Boylen, 78, of Nederland passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2007 at Gulf Healthcare in Port Arthur.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. in the chapel of Broussard’s in Nederland with Reverend Malcolm Monroe officiating. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Nederland. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5 to 8:00 P.M. Friday, April 20, 2007.
Mrs. Boylen was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Harold Kessler Boylen in January of this year. She was a native of Lewis Co. West Virginia and a member of First United Methodist Church in Nederland.
Eveyln is survived by her son, William “Bill” Boylen and wife Conni of Houston; grandson, Zachary Boylen of Portland, TX; brother, Quenton Burkhammer and wife Nora of Weston, West Virginia; nieces, Nancy Gee and Steve, Twyla Shock and Mike; nephews, Wayne and Sandy Burkhammer, Kevin and Debbie Burkhammer, Warren and Connie Burkhammer, Mike Rinehart and Marsha; sister-in-law, Glenna Murray; and a host of friends.
