Lena Palermo Robinson, 94, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at The Clairmont.
A native and life long resident of Beaumont, Lena was retired from Continental Can.
Her husband, Bill Robinson; sisters, Ina Saleme, Mary LaSalle, Dora Bonura and Jenny “Vee” Capo and Francis Nicholson; and brothers, Dominic Palermo, August Palermo and Vincent Palermo preceded her in death.
Survivors include her nieces, Kathy Frederick and Gladys Manning both of Beaumont and Geraldine Scott and her husband Max of Florida; nephews, John LaSalle and his wife Lyndia, Leroy Saleme and his wife Dolores, Joe Palermo and his wife Francis and Ernest Bonura all of Beaumont and Don Palermo and his wife Janet of Ivanhoe; and many great nieces and great nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 13, 2007 at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church with burial to follow at Magnolia Cemetery under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A Rosary will be recited 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 12, 2007 at the Mortuary.
