Margaret Buck Yard, 76, of Crystal Beach passed away in her sleep Friday, March 30, 2007.
A native and life-long resident of the area, she was a beloved wife, mother, and great-grandmother.
She is survived by her husband, A.J. Yard of Crystal Beach; sister, Wanda VanEtten of Beaumont; daughter, Patsy Yard Glantzberg of Friendswood; sons, Donald Ray Yard and his wife Donna of Kemah, Alfred J. Yard III and his wife Annalee of Shreveport, Louisiana; grandchildren, Elayne Glantzberg and her husband Brian Hunt, Hughes J. Glantzberg II, Heather Greene Chamberlain and her husband Jack, Gary Greene, Donavan Yard, and Brent Yard; and great-grandchildren, Brenden Hunt, Tamara Hunt, Caitlin Hunt, Kasaudra Greene, Liam Hunt, Jarod Hunt.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2007 at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont with burial to follow at Magnolia Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Monday, April 2, 2007 at the mortuary.
