LENORE “MIKE” OSTEN

Lenore “Mike” Osten, 82 of Crystal Beach, died at her residence March 22, 2007.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 24, 2007 in St. Therese of Lisieux Station, 2400 HWY 87, Crystal Beach, under the direction of Broussard’s in Winnie. Cremation to follow in Broussard’s Crematorium, 5150 Stivers Beaumont, Texas.

Mrs. Osten was a native of DeMoine, Iowa and had lived in Crystal Beach since 1974. She and her husband Earl had celebrated sixty-one years of marriage.

She is survived by her husband, Earl Osten of Crystal Beach; sons, Tom Osten, Bill Osten both of Sugarland, Chris Osten of Crowley, LA.; daughters, Liz Sanders of Crystal Beach, Anne Christian, Nora Cortino both of Houston, Katie Wiseman of Sugarland; nineteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren

I love the web site and web cam and looked forward to viewing it daily! Mike ck'ed on our beach cabin after Rita and reported back to me that things were just fine. I wish I had known her. Your family is certainly blessed to have her in your lives!
