Dr. Roland H. Beaudry, born December 8, 1932 in Tecumseh Ontario, died March 16, 2007.
Dr. Beaudry graduated from the Ottawa University College of Medicine in 1957. He received his Royal College of Surgeons in 1972.
Preceded in death by his parents and his beloved daughter Nathalie. Dr. Beaudry is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Pierrette Lambert; his son, Dwight Beaudry; daughters, Nanette Dye and husband Charles, Julie Crane, Suzanne Beaudry, Lucie Wilmoth and husband Paul, Stephanie Arnold and husband Jeffrey, and Melanie Beaudry; grandchildren, Cassandra Crane, Sophie Dye, Gaston Dy, Mackenzie Arnold and Zoe Arnold; brother, Dr. Carl Beaudry and his wife Catherine, and nieces and nephew.
In accordance with his wishes, Dr. Beaudry will be cremated at a private family ceremony. Arrangements are under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
The family requests that no flowers be sent since Dr. Beaudry’s death occurred during Lent. It is suggested instead that those who wish to do so make a donation to the Texas Medical Association, Physician’s Benevolent Fund, 401 W. 15th Street, Austin, Texas 78701 or Texas Oncology, 690 14th Street, Beaumont, Texas 77702.
