Chance Collier Phelps, 3 months old, died Thursday, June 17, 2004.
Graveside services will be Sunday, June 20, 2004 in Fairview Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. under the direction of Broussard’s, 134 W. Buccaneer, Winnie. A gathering of family and friends will Saturday afternoon from 1:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Chance is survived by parents, Danny and Nikki Phelps of Winnie; brother, Rhett Phelps of Winnie; sister, Jill Phelps of Winnie, Marie Phelps, Lacy Phelps and Laura Phelps of China; grandmother, Doris Matthews of Las Vegas, Nevada; grandfather, Wade Flickinger of Sour Lake; grandparents, Jerald and Marion Phelps of Winnie; great grandparents, Betty Flickinger of Hamshire and Mr. and Mrs. Evis Marcotte, Jr. of Winnie.
