Betty, I will always love you with all my heart and have missed you terribly. After all these years I thought it was best to stay away. I've always thought of you as a mother. This day, I ask for forgiveness. I'll always remember the good times and forget the unpleasant. Forever in my heart, Jo. Please give my love to Bruce, Chester and Ashley. I miss you all. Peace Betty.

I was thinking about you guys today. I know how you feel at this time. I know you will miss Aunt Betty but you also know she is in a better place. I was remembering growing up and ya'll coming up to see us. Around Christmas when I was about 6 to 9 years old maybe even older, Aunt Betty always made me a petty coat to wear. I thought it was the most beautiful thing with the pastel colored netting. She would startch and iron it and it would make my skits stand out as was the style back then. I thought she was the greatest Aunt a person could have. I always loved she and Uncle Chester coming up to east Texas and visiting. She was a special person and I know you will miss her. Just remember she is up there with Ashley, Bruce and Uncle Chester. Don't you know they are having a big time. Of course Aunt Betty won't stop talking for a while. She will have to bring them up to date on everything. Love to you all, you are in my prayers. I am so sorry I couldn't be there today. Jane and Tom
