Dear Licatino and Howerton Families, Tony and I and our children are all very honored to have known Sam and been a part of his life as well as yours. He was one of a kind. He will be sorely missed as a friend, a fellow hunter and fisherman, a best friend to Bill (Shorty) and a constant source of laughter and kidding around to our chilldren. Take care of each other now, and remember how much he loved each of you, and how much he was loved by others in return. God Bless and Keep you all. Tony, Jamie, Dezirae, Brennan, & Dominique Burnett
