Om P. Singla, 85, of Beaumont died February 16, 2007 at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth. A native of Patiala, Punjab, India and resident of Beaumont since 1982, Mr. Singla was a businessman.
He is survived by his sons, Dr. Raj K. Singla and his wife Santosh of Beaumont and Raman Singla and his wife Neena of India; daughters, Saroj and her husband Narinder Jain and Parmolia and her husband Surinder Gupta all of India; and eight grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday evening, February 17, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Broussard’s, 1605 N Major Drive, Beaumont.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Sunday, February 18, 2007 at Broussard’s, 1605 N Major Drive, Beaumont followed by cremation at Broussard’s Crematorium, 5150 Stivers Drive, (corner of Stivers and Highway 124 Fannett Road) Beaumont.
