Harrison “Harry” Eshliman, 78, of China died Friday, January 12, 2007 at The Oaks Nursing Home.
A native of Richmond, Virginia and a resident of the area for forty years, Harry was a former Mayor and City Councilman of China and retired after twenty years of service with the United States Marine Corp.
He is survived by his wife, Fay of China; sons, Emmett Eshliman of Little Rock, Arkansas and Frank Eshliman of China; three grandchildren; and the mother of his children, Billie Sue Eshilman of China.
Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 15, 2007 at China Cemetery, under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A gathering of family and friends will be from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. Sunday, January 14, 2007 at the mortuary.
