ANN MARIE BOUDREAUX
Annie Marie (Ann) Edwards Boudreaux, 77, of Weatherford, Texas, formerly of Stowell, passed into the arms of Jesus on January 3, 2007 in Weatherford, surrounded by her children.
Ann was born December 7, 1929, in Ingleside, Texas to Ray H. Edwards and Mabel Allene Johnson Edwards of Ingleside. She married Paul Boudreaux, Jr. on December 4, 1945, and remained the love of his life until his death in 1997. Her life was full serving God and her church, caring for the only man she ever loved, and raising her nine children. She also developed a passion for holistic healing and became a Doctor of Naturopathy in 1995.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and two sons, Stephen Craig Boudreaux and Samuel Lee Boudreaux.
She is survived by one brother, Ray Houston Edwards, Jr. (Louise) of Wild Peach, Texas; four sons, Bob Boudreaux (Kisti) of Woodstock, Georgia, Tim Boudreaux (Ann) of Skiatook, Oklahoma, Terrell Boudreaux (Dinah) of Weatherford, Texas and Marty Boudreaux of West Columbia, Texas; three daughters, June Hill (Jim) of Gordon, Texas, Paula Webb (Melvin) of Azle, Texas, and Lisa Haygood (Rusty) of Millsap, Texas. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her twenty four grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 6, 2006 at St. Louis Catholic Church, 135 W. Buccaneer Dr. with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Broussard’s Mortuary 134. W. Buccaneer Dr., Winnie. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
