My thoughts and condolences go out to the Hawthorne Family. His family attended the same church as my family, FPUMC. One of the most personable school administrators I ever met.

To the family of Mr. Hawthorne, Thank you for the sacrifices you made daily so that this good man could be the best principal ever. Morning, noon, night, and at every school function - he was there, with pride for his students - to support their every endeavor. Thank you for sharing him with us. I know that our parents sure appreciated his dedication as well! Sincere sympathy from the 5 Howell "children". Classes of 66, 67, 69, 72, and 73.
