Evelyn Demaris Oliver, 82 of Winnie, died December 27, 2006 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 30, 2006 at Broussard’s Chapel 134 W. Buccaneer Dr., Winnie with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Evelyn is survived by her son, Brooks “Scooter” Oliver, Jr. of Nederland; daughter, Sharon Simon of Winnie; brothers, Pat Reed and his wife, Linda of Nederland, John Reed and his wife, Rita of Buna, Jack Reed and his wife, Snow of Beaumont; sister, Donna Sue Conner and her husband, Dale of Woodville; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
