I only learned of the sad new yesterday, and want to pass on my deepest sympathies to all. I have fond memories of her and enjoyed my visits with her in Beaumont. I am only sorry that my kids did not have the chance to get to know their great-grandmother as knew her. She will be sorely missed.

My memories go so far back of your beautiful mother. We were neighbors for many years and she was one of the sweetest ladies I ever knew. I have been thinking about all of you for many years and pray God's blessings on your family.

We loved Betty so much. She was such a gift to Papa and to all of us. She was so encouraging. I wish we could be there today. We pray God's comfort as you celebrate her life.
