John was listed as one of my hero's before I ever knew he'd died. I model my flying and give John credit for how I fly. The love I have for aviation was fed off of watching John fly that turbine Thrush back in 1988,,,when I was a flagboy for M&M. I also enjoyed my first ride in a cropduster sitting with John at the controls. We let the cat outta the bag,,,but all I can say,,,is you'll forever live in my memories as the greatest agpilot,,and one of the all time greatest people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing.

Barbara, Viney, and Eric, Few people have a strong impact in our lives. Obe is one of those few. First, as a loving father figure to Eva... listening and helping guide the roads of life, when she needed a family to make it through. The father in law role to Dennis... who trusted Obe to keep his family safe during the hurricane. Finally, Uncle Obe to their girls, Sarah and Elisabeth, who could not wait to see him and hear him say, "Hey girls," and then get a big hug. We will miss him, but are thankful for his kind words, helping hand, and infectious smile. Aunt Bea and Eric, we will be there for you, when you need us. Viney, my best friend and "sister", I Love You! Your family is in our prayers, Eva and Dennis LeBlanc
