I was a neighbor of Mr Hargraves, I used to visit him and Mrs. Opal alot when I was a child, I have fond memories of his beautiful flowers and that pitcher pump well he had by the garden that he would show us kids how to work. Their house was always open to anyone that would want to stop for a visit, or read poetry with Mrs. Opal. May God bless you and your loved ones.

Mr. Melvin was my next door neighbor as well as a distant relative. When my children were little they loved to go visit in hopes that he would play his fiddle or accordian, which he usually did. I'll alway remember how he loved his garden and how hard he worked to keep it beautiful. We will truly miss him.
