Judy Ann Chisum Korry, 60, of Beaumont, died Saturday, October 28, 2006 at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth.
Judy was a native of Lufkin; she had lived in Buna and Beaumont for the past forty-two years. As an X-ray Technician, she worked at Behavior Management Hospital and more recently as office manager with Anesthesia Associates.
Judy was a loving mother and wife whose pleasure came from giving to others and her family.
Survivors include her husband of thirty-eight years, Lawrence Korry of Beaumont; daughter, Jill Ann Korry of Beaumont; son, Patrick Joseph Korry of Galveston; grandson, Daylon Kai Korry of Beaumont; sister, Rachel Yvonne Robinson of Huntington; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 31, 2006 at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont. Burial will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, at Old Center Cemetery in Huntington. Gary Korry, Byron Korry, Trey Mitchell, Gary Harkness, Charles David Robinson and Ben Jordan will be serving as pallbearers. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday, October 30, 2006 at the Mortuary.
