JOSEPHINE JOHNSON
Josephine Johnson, 88 of Anahuac, died October 11, 2006 at the Winnie Community Hospital.
Funeral services will be Saturday, October 14, 2006 at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 338 Church Rd. in Double Bayou with burial to follow in Martha Godfrey Cemetery under the direction of Broussard’s 134 W. Buccaneer Dr. in Winnie. A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday at the church from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.
Josephine is survived by her sister, Mildgred Few of Willis; son, Quinn Johnson of Shreveport, La.; daughters, Alline Bennett and husband, Terry and Ellen Hale all of Beaumont, Josie Braxton and husband, Levi of Double Bayou; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
