“JIM”
James John “Jim” Shanley, 67 of High Island, died July 31, 2006 at the Renaissance Hospital in Groves.
Mr. Shanley was a retired industrial painter and inspector and had lived in High Island for thirty-three years.
A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 3, 2006 in Broussard’s Chapel 134 W. Buccaneer Dr. in Winnie with cremation at Broussard’s Crematorium.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 2, 2006 at the funeral home.
Jim is survived by his wife, Margie Shanley of High Island; sons, Jim Shanley and his wife, Lonnie of Houston, Michael Shanley and his wife, Vicky of Huffman, Jack Dailey and his wife Darla of Frankton; Daughters, Gayla Shanley of Winchester, Ohio, Carmel Shanley of Huffman, Christy Hall and her husband, Shawn of High Island; brothers, Tim Shanley and his wife, Mary of Arizona, Dick Shanley of Zachery, Louisiana, Larry Shanley and his wife, Shelia of St. Louis, Missouri, Steve Shanley and his wife, Rosie of Lake Elmo, Minnesota; sisters, Judy Pagel of Hutson, Wisconsin, Mary Zigan of Red Wing, Wisconsin, Sandy Crouch of Maplewood, Minnesota, Lynn Fuller and her husband, Skip and Susie Thorp and her husband, Brad all of St. Paul, Minnesota;
grandchildren, James Shanley, Lauren Shanley, Zoe Shanley, Zachary Shanley, Misha Shanley, Cassie Stewart, Audrey Stewart, Lauren Robinson, Kandace Webster, Ashley Webster, Sabrina Webster, Cody Hall, Kyle Hall; great-grandchildren, Audrianna Chandler, Daleon Harris, Trevion Harris, Dedrick Bailey, Madison Webster.
