Dr. Michael Stewart Hickman passed away Wednesday, July 5, at his home. Those who knew Michael will always remember him for his deep love of teaching and cooking, great sense of humor, and outrageous laughter. He was born the only son of Sydney Albert Stewart Hickman and Eileen Mary Crowe Hickman.
Michael was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother; two children, Michelle Lynne Hickman Dove and James Keith Hickman; his daughter-in-law, Debra Jean Hickman; and three grandchildren, Nicholas Aidan Dove, Lindsey Brooke Vasquez, and Ryan Michael Vasquez.
Committal service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 8, 2006 at Broussard's Crematorium, Highway 124 @ Stivers Drive, Beaumont with Deacon Gordon Cabra officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association online or by mail at 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75231-4596 in memory of Dr. Michael Stewart Hickman.
