James Alvin Dunn, Jr., 47, of Caldwell, Texas died Thursday, June 15, 2006 in Port Allen, Louisiana. He was born on August 5, 1958 to James and Dorothy Dunn in Houston, Texas.
A resident of Caldwell, Texas, he lived in Port Allen, Louisiana for the last eight years, was a hotshot driver, and also a United States veteran serving in the United States Navy.
James is survived by two sisters: Vicki Capenhead of Plano, Texas and Gina Lee of Village Mills, ; two brothers: Jack Sharron of Port Allen and Brent Sharron of Lumberton; seven nieces; one great nephew; and one great niece.
Funeral service will be Monday, June 19, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. at Broussard’s Chapel, 530 W. Monroe, Kountze, Texas with Reverend Ritchard Bean and Reverend Anthony Love officiating. Burial will follow at 2:00 P.M. at Conroe Memorial Cemetery in Conroe, Texas. A gathering of family and friends will be Sunday, June 18, 2006 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Broussard’s Chapel in Kountze.
