Judith Carole Crawford, age 66, of Dayton, passed away June 13, 2006, at her residence.
Mrs. Crawford was born May 23, 1940 in Orange, TX and had lived in Lafayette, LA and the Mid-county area before moving to Dayton. She was a member of the Simmons Bottoms Assembly of God Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth C. Crawford and Carole L. Crawford; one son, Wilson Lee Johnston; one brother, Robert Dove; four sisters, Charolette Mason, Margaret Zimmer, Donna Lauman and Sharon Lapham.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow Wilson Dove and Valerie Bryant Dove, her husband, Marvin Alton Crawford and one daughter, Catherine Crawford.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 5-8 PM Thursday, June 15, 2006 at Broussard’s Mortuary 505 12th. St. in Nederland. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, June 16, 2006 at Broussard’s Nederland Chapel with Reverend Lyndol Kinser officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.
Pallbearers will be Geoff Wiggington, Tracy Durr, Tom Lauman, Paul Hyatt, Michael Lauman and Howard Croft.
