Joni Vanderholt Bruneau, 52, of Beaumont died May 10, 2006. A native of Beaumont, a resident of Kerrville for six years, she moved back to Beaumont five years ago and was a self employed floral designer. Joni will always be remembered for her way of being extremely creative and artistic.
She is survived by her son, Robert Eldon “Buzz” Dunbar, III of Albuquerque, New Mexico; daughter, Katie Dunbar of Austin; sisters, Carol Wilson and her husband David of Lumberton and Cathy Meents and her husband Mark of Houston; nieces, Rachel and Lauren Meents; uncles, Reverend James Vanderholt of Beaumont and Reverend Joe Vanderholt of Albuquerque.
A memorial service will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, May 15, 2006 at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin. Cremation arrangements are held under the direction of Broussard’s.
