Robert G. Hill, 77, of Beaumont, joined our Lord in peace Saturday, April 29, 2006 at his residence after a short illness.
A lifelong resident of Beaumont, Robert retired in 1988 from Santa Fe Railway Company, as a Shipping Clerk after forty-three years of service.
Survivors include his wife of fifty-one years, Mary Ann Hill of Beaumont; daughters, Mary Lou Hill Boden of Port Neches, Linda Lindquist and Rose Ann Marshall, both of Friendswood; sons, Floyd L. Small of Lumberton and Donald Ray Small of Port Arthur; twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 2, 2006 at Magnolia Cemetery under the direction of Broussard’s Mortuary, McFaddin. A gathering of family and friends will be Monday, May 1, 2006 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the mortuary.
