Jean Elizabeth McClure, 84, of Vidor was born in Concord, Texas to Rueben and Lillie Thomas on June 2, 1921. She passed away April 27, 2006.
Jean was a retired inventory clerk for JCPenney’s and a member of the Methodist Church of Vidor, Texas.
Jean is survived by her nephews: Robert Dougharty and wife Michelle of Kountze; and James Dougharty and wife Judy of Dallas, Texas.
Funeral service will be Saturday, April 29, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at Broussard’s Chapel 530 W. Monroe, Kountze, Texas the Reverend Clay Whitaker officiating with burial to follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Minden, Texas. A gather of family and friends will be Friday, April 28, 2006 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Broussard’s 530 W. Monroe Kountze, Texas. Memorial contributions may be made the First United Methodist Church in Vidor.
