Eulah L. Kerr, 78, of Beaumont died April 13, 2006 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur. A native of Huntington, Texas, she was a resident of the area since 1952.
She is survived by her daughters, Julia Glenn of Kountze, Linda Hodde of Dallas, and Madeline Virgilio of Lumberton; son, Delbert Kerr of Sour Lake; sister, Betty Morgan of Baytown; brother, George Griffith of Lufkin; grandchildren, Toni Strack, Robert Corrigan, Jr., Amy Butler, Dillon Swearengin, Jason Richey, Melissa Brinkley, Kris Kerr, Jessica Glenn, and Ryan Glenn; three great grandchildren, Bryce Butler, Alexandra Strack, Victoria Strack; and numerous nieces and nephews. Her brothers, Delbert Griffith, Joe Griffith, and Jack Williams; and her parents, Bill and Tallie Griffith preceded Eulah in death.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 17, 2006 at Broussard’s, 1605 N Major Drive, Beaumont. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. at Rocky Hill Cemetery in Angelina County. A gathering of family and friends will be Sunday, April 16, 2006 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00p.m. at the mortuary.
