Ersilee Ellen Young, 82, of Nederland, passed away Sunday, April 9, 2006 at her residence in Nederland.
Graveside services and burial will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Nederland with Sonny Carlin officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5 to 8 PM Tuesday at the mortuary.
Mrs. Young was a native of Port Arthur and lived all of her life in the Port Acres and Nederland area. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist Church.
Mrs. Young was preceded in death by her husband, William “Red” Young, and grandson, John Seagler. She is survived by her daughter, Becky Seagler and husband Bobby of Lumberton; two sons, Danny Young of Austin, and Johnny Young of Nederland; one brother, Earl Parker of Bridge City; two grandchildren, Summer Young, and Jared Seagler; also one great granddaughter Alyza Steen.
