Marjorie Holst, 79, of Beaumont died March 7, 2006 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital. A native of St. Helen, England, she was a resident of Beaumont since 1946.
She is survived by her sons, Brian Holst and his wife Wendy of Kountze, Kenneth Holst and his wife Lenora of Vidor, and Tommie Holst and his wife Robin of Beaumont; brother, Eric McCooey and his wife Dorothy of Blackpool, England; grandchildren, Aaron Holst, Brandyn Holst, and Alan Cash all of Vidor; great grandchildren, Riley Lawson and Regan Lawson both of Dayton; and other loving family members. She was preceded in death by her husband of thirty-five years, Glenn C. Holst.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 10, 2006 at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont followed by burial at Magnolia Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday evening, March 9, 2006 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the mortuary.
