Faye Walston Flowers, also known as “Honey Faye” 93, of Saratoga, was born on February 9, 1913 to William and Helena Walston in Saratoga, Texas and passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2006 at her residence.
She was a life long resident of Saratoga and was a homemaker.
Vesta was preceded in death by her husband Ira “Ibo” Flowers; son: William “Sonny” Flowers; and daughter: Alyce Faye Robertson.
She is survived by her son: Charles “Nubbin” Flowers and his wife Ida of Big Spring, Texas; daughter: Lena Hargraves of Fannet; son: John Flowers and his wife Tina of Saratoga; 20 grandchildren and numerous great grand-children and great great grand-children.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at 3:00 P.M. at the First Assembly of God Church in Saratoga where Faye has been a member for 75 years. A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday, from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. also at the church. Arrangements are under the direction
