Rodney L. Young, Jr., 68, of Beaumont, died February 20, 2006.
A native of St. Landry, Louisiana, he had been a resident of Beaumont since 1967 and was owner of Ditto’s Billiard Parlor.
Survivors include his wife, Laurie Young; daughters, Ramona Young and Rosalyn Young; son, David Paul; Aunts, Dot Lutz and her husband J.B and Castille Harrell; and numerous cousins.
Funeral services will be 3:00 P.M. Friday, February 24, 2006 at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 25, 2006 at Vandenberg Cemetery, St. Landry, Louisiana. A gathering of family and friends will be from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday, February 23, 2006 at the mortuary.
