Margaret “Josie” Reneau, 91, of Hamshire, passed away Friday, February 10, 2006 at her home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Reneau; parents, John Oliver and Jesse Luke Rexses; sisters, Mary Lee Pounders, Dorothy Wilber, Ethel Boutte, Lorraine Falgout, and brother; John Oliver Rexses, Jr.
Survivors include two daughters; Mary Jane Droke George of Beaumont and Gloria Ann Droke Harvard of Port Arthur; one son, Charles Oliver Reneau and wife Karen of Fannett; four grandchildren, Gordon Lee George, Gary Alan George, Landon Charles Reneau and William Oliver Reneau; one great granddaughter, Carla Jane George.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 13, 2006, at Broussard’s, 1605 N. Major Drive, Beaumont, with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. A gathering of family and friends will be from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, February 12, 2005 at the mortuary.
The family wishes to extend our gratitude to all the very special caregivers who took such loving care of our loved one over the years and most recently Patty Norris, Joyce Armentor, Bobbie Leteff and Vickie Comeaux.
