We will remember Carol and her sweet, gentle ways. She held every one of my babies (4) and treated them as her own grandkids. She was a wonderful companion to my father. She was a wonderful person and we pray she is in a better place. I was honored to be a part of her life and was honored to be a part of the graveyard service to say good-bye. She will be missed. I am so sorry that I didn't get to come to the services. I was out of town, meeting my new granddaughter.I know Carol would have loved her as she did all of my family. I always knew that she felt like we were part of her family. I will always love her and remember her.

Carol and I became fast friends from the first time we met! She always treated me as if I was her daughter and was a wonderful "Granny Carol" to my kids. I'm honored to have her lasting memory in our wedding album as we considered her a wonderful part of our family. Her sweet smile will be missed, but we know she is in a much sweeter place! With love and I wish I could be there. Leslie Gawthorp
