Vivian Marie Dugas, 77, of Port Neches, passed away Friday, January 13, 2006 at Senior Rehabilitation in Port Arthur.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, January 15, 2006 at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches with Rev. Dale Lee officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5 to 8 PM Saturday at Broussard’s 505 12 Street, Nederland.
Mrs. Dugas was a native of Cedar Grove, Louisiana and lived most of her life in the Port Arthur and Port Neches areas. Mrs. Dugas was retired as a certified nurse’s assistant, and also worked as a sales clerk, and waitress.
Mrs. Dugas was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Willie Mae Whitman, and her son, Michael Lynn Dugas. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Dean and husband Bobby of Nederland; one son, Tim Dugas and wife Mary of Katy; one sister, Lena Williford of Port Neches; five grandchildren, Bobby Dean III, Jennifer Dean, Josh Dean, Charlotte Dugas, and Ben Dugas.
