Howard Samuel Barber, 78, of Kerrville died January 9, 2006 at the V. A. Hospital in Kerrville, Texas.
Mr. Barber, formerly of Pasadena was a retired Process Technician and Navy veteran of World War II.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Thursday, January 12, 2206, with burial at Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Broussard’s, 134 W. Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. A gathering of family and friends will be 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at the funeral home.
Howard, was preceded in death by his wife, Delores; and survived by his daughters, Ellen Barber of Kerrville and Deidre Escareno and her husband Neil of Winnie; son, Benny Barber of Henderson, Nevada; and grandchildren, Lena Escareno, Ashley Escareno, Neil Escareno, Jr., Elias Ecareno, Elisha Escareno, Melissa Winterbower, Kevin Barber, and Jason Barber.
