Joyce Lowe, 64, of Winnie, died December 26, 2005 at Winnie Community Hospital. A native of Olythant, Arkansas, she has live in Winnie since 1975. Joyce was a homemaker and retired clerk from 9 Star Food Mart.
Additional services will be Saturday, December 31, 2005 under the direction of Roller-Ballard Funeral Home, 306 E. Main, Benton, Arkansas 72015.
She is survived by her husband, Waymon Lowe, of Winnie; mother, Verna Pennington of Benton, Arkansas; sons, Marty Freeman of Kinset, Arkansas, David R. Freeman, Wayne Freeman, and John C. Freeman all of Benton, Arkansas; daughter, Donna Gail Bozeman of Benton, Arkansas; brothers, David Pennington and his wife Velma of Winnie, J. W. Pennington of Benton, Arkansas; sisters Mary Lou Baxter and her husband Jackie of Traskwood, Arkansas, Betty Poltack and her husband Al and Ethel Wheeler all of Benton, Arkansas; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
